terran is a musical theater and film actor in brooklyn. she is also a production designer, set decorator, musician and producer, but acting and singing is home.

terran comes from a developmental, devising and clown background on top of her classical musical theater training. she has brought life to many characters in workshops, concerts and readings at NAMT, Musical Theater Factory, Joe’s Pub and NYSAF, among others. she is known for her strong physical choices and extreme facial expressions.

from the dramatic ingenue Sarah in Ragtime to the deeply un-serious Curly in a new Three Stooges musical, from devised works with companies like Lightning Rod Special to full musicals like Sweeney Todd, from belting to legit soprano to jazz, terran stretches and flexes the boundaries of what it means to be a multi-faceted performer.

in 2020, terran found film. she was interested its accessibility when theater was not an option. after shooting a mammoth web series where she acted, production designed and music-coordinated, terran’s creative world cracked open even wider. she co-founded the production collective Fruit House, she associate music directed (pray) at Ars Nova and started freelancing behind the camera in indie film, commercial and fashion, all while still acting and singing.

terran is a member of the Walt L. Shamel Community Garden as well as the Brooklyn Choir Project. she loves bananagrams, has a 15-year old cat named bitty and loves springtime. she keeps a kazoo on her at all times.

terran holds a BFA in musical theater from the university of the arts (RIP) in philadelphia, where she found love in strange art and theater.
